--Iraqi health officials claim U.S. military use of depleted

uranium ammunition during Gulf War has led to 100 percent

increase in cancer cases in Iraq.

-- Federal H-2A program, which allows migrant workers

from poor nations to pick crops on American farms, subjects

these workers to substandard living and working conditions.

-- Civil liberties advocates say public libraries and schools

required by law to install filtering software on Internet

computers compromises intellectual freedom.
