Those bikes are paid for by the officers who choose to ride them however, they get them at cost which is about $100 and do not have to pay taxes on that purchase. Also, when they ride it that type of situation, they are carrying/wearing 30 pounds of equipment which may slow them down. Plus, they are trained for stamina on the bikes, not speed. Obviously you can't think of any sensible argument so you act like an idiot by picking on others. You most likely didn't fit in in school and had to rebel against society to feel right. Was your head flushed in a toilet as a child? You say that all cops are assholes, and just tools of the system, but how many have you met, talked to, had dinner with, met their family? They are people too, but i guess that you forgot that in your tyrades of how bad our system is, and how you have only idealistic dreams on how to fix it.
