YO IMC - Plea Bargain Accepted 5 pm 8/22

The arrestees in the U'wa civil disbedience, Critical Mass and the Ramparts civil disobedience (which isn't everyone) accepted a plea to a 415 "disturbing the peace" for time served.

I'm not a lawyer, do forgive if the technical terms are not correct, but a plea bargain was made on 8/22 at 5 pm that covers the arrestees in the U'wa civil disobedience, the Ramparts CD and the Critical Mass bikers. This isn't everybody, but it's a good chunk of the total. The remaining prisoners should be released within 24 hours, if they have not yet been. The plea is to a 415 misdemeanor "disturbing the peace" at the infraction level and the punishment will be time served. ANY arrestees already out that this applies to should go to www.midnightspecial@lawcollective.org for details and for a form to arrange representation.
