we need to move away from mass demonstraions to community orginizing and small direct actions and sabotage e.l.f. style or a.l.f. style if we work in small groups we can do this its harder for them to inffultraite us in affinity groups also people need to practice security culture better shut up dont brag ect in small autonomouys groups we work better why cant the state catch the alf or elf beacuse theay work in small groupswhy go in to situations where the cops have control?

If we didn't see these things --- if we didn't actually SEE that attempts to bring in independent media vans in 1996 and 2000 resulted in their seizure by the police under cynically bogus "bomb threats", if we didn't actually SEE that video cameras were being smashed in Chicago, Philly, Los Angeles, if we didn't actually SEE that anyone they could pick out as "leaders" was and/or is being hit with huge bogus felony charges and massive bails, time after time, then how would we be able to argue it with the well-oiled multimillion dollar machine of phony "patriotism" about our "freest country in the world". If you didn't have these things to reference, how could you find the confidence to genuinely make comparisons between New York and Hong Kong, between Philadelphia and Belgrade? How could you be SURE that their much vaunted "democracy" is really as phoney as we know it to be? You need these people who get right up at them and test them to show us who they are --- and to show THEM who they are.
