Pleading the innocence of lambs, state police and national intelligence agencies have, nevertheless, obviously engaged in unwarranted violence against anti-capitalist dissent, to a degree that has already escallated into the admittedly dangerous patterns of Nazi era mass murder designed to suppress political dissent.

Protecting the rights of citizens, is the legitimate role of the state police in a democracy. This test of legitimacy was obviously failed, according to available evidence of state police brutality, which was primarily designed to suppress anti-capitalist dissenters, first at Seattle99, then at Washington-A16, next at the Philly and Los Angeles Presidential conventions of the Republican and Democratic Parties. This was no mere local affair, but was fully supported by psychological warfare and sabatage waged against those anti-capitalist groups by national intelligence agencies, as various reportes published in the United States and Europe, have disclosed.

Moreover, in addition to failing the test of legitimate police action, failure by police to protect citizen rights was admittedly the critical precursor to be guarded against in present day terms, of the Holocause in which 6 million Jews, as well as other minorities and political dissentors were murdered by Nazis. The danger arising from police failure to protect citizen rights, far from over-stating the situation at hand, is the very reason given by the FBI Director Louis J. Freeh, for a new agent training program that was released to the press Friday, June 30, 2000, as reported by the Associated Press:

> WASHINGTON, DC --The FBI has begun teaching its new agents how a

> failure by police to protect citizen rights helped produce the

> Holocaust in which 6 million Jews, as well as other minorities and

> political dissidents were murdered by the Nazis.

Finally, one can easily recognize that wide spread police brutality shown around the world by Independent Media Centers, tells a shocking real-world story about capitalist "free market" fictions. Rather than engaging in a genuine competition of ideas, capitalist leaders have persistently refused to debate the vital issues in their political campaigns. Evidently the capitalist state would just prefer to trap protest leaders with illegal surveilance, sabatage protest officies, file grossly falsified charges against protesters, kick protesters in the teeth, batter young women in their private parts, bloody the sculls of working photo-journalists covering the violent police street scenes, torture men and women held in detention, and then lie through their teeth and through their utterly corrupt mass media about all of these events.

Is this the new voice of democracy or the insidious machinations of the "New Slave Masters"?

Far from suppressing anti-capitalist dissent, this situation is helping to spawn ever greater anti-capitalist citizen protest around the world as the tens of thousands who protested in Seattle99 have rapidly grown into the protests of tens of millions heard across the seven continents, in towns and cities around the world, and by means yet to come forward with the full force and authority of an enraged global citizenry.
