for all of you out there lambasting the Black Bloc's not-necessarily-non-violent tactics, i have to say which is better? images like this one, of protestors lying down and awaiting a healthy ass-kicking, or images of protestors having at least a fighting chance? granted, "violence" brings down the wrath of the pigs. but so does lying in the street! where would you rather be, laid out at the wrong end of a nightstick, or up and running at the throwing end of a brick? those bastards are gonna gas us regardless of our tactics. it's good that we have people like the Bloc acting in a militant fashion - it makes the porkers think twice before rushing a crowd of on the surface "nonviolent" protestors. i am a pacifist through and through, but i'll uphold a person's right to self-defense. and throwing a brick or bottle at an attacking pig certainly is self-defense. Black Block is Badass!
