Dear friends of Repair Cafe,

Thank you for your continued support and participation.

We are scheduling 2 Repair Cafe in a row so that more of you can join the FUN.

This one is on 9/9 and the next one will be at 10/21.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Two ways to get your spot for Repair Cafe 9/9:

A) For volunteers:

Sign up here for volunteer spot and repair reservations (NO need to go to Eventbrite. )

Thank you for helping out. You are the ones that make Repair Cafe possible!!

https://goo.gl/forms/5cwiN4fbOe7sQBEk1

B) For everyone else, you must get your Evenbrite FREE registration here

(one per person, multiple repair items possible, depending on availability.)

https://www.eventbrite.com/d/ca--pasadena/repair-cafe/

Please be nice to our volunteer repair person. Each of them are doing their best to serve (for free). Thank you.

------------------------------------------------------------------

NOTE:

Repair Cafe is an all volunteers run event. We've repaired and saved many items from the landfill in our 4 years existence and during the process, nurtured lots of community connections in Pasadena.

We are a local focus event, for and by people around Pasadena and adjacent area.

REPAIRS GALORE!!

Button replacements, patches, minor alterations; lamp and toaster repair. Appliances, clothing, electronics, dull tools and knives--Repair Cafe volunteers will try their best to fix them all.

Repair your back! Stephen Yelich has been a massage therapist for 31 years, he employs many styles, and truly loves healing the world one person at time. He will be at Repair Cafe with his massage chair, ready to help.

Need an expert on apple computers? Has your Mac slowed way, way down? Do you click to open an application, but nothing happens? Are your files slowly disappearing? Are you continually getting popup messages that you can’t understand? (“WARNING: Blingenfoff has become inactive. Press Bortle to abort.”) Bring it in and Mike O'Brien will take a look. And bring iPhones and iPads: he'll fix apps, but not shattered screens.

Why not learn to repair your own stuff with skilled volunteers? Tools are available for fixing, or just watch and learn. Join the fun.

Bring something, take something at the Really Really Free Market where everything is 100% off!
