Along with her council duties, she has held leadership positions with the Orange County Senior Citizens Advisory Council, the Santa Ana River Flood Protection Agency, the Orange County Library Advisory Board and the Tustin Area Senior Center Fund. Additionally, she was an appointed commissioner for the Orange County Waste Management Commission in 2012-13 and serves as an alternate for the Southern California Association of Governments, the Newport Bay Watershed Executive Committee and the Water Advisory Committee of Orange County.
