SOUTH CENTRAL, July 5, 2006 - The North side of the farm was badly damaged today but due to direct action the bulldozing was stopped and the South side is still intact. The direct action resulted in 10 arrests, some for felony vandalism, but it was successful in disabling the bulldozer. The bulldozer was disabled by dropping zucchini into the exhaust pipe. Farmers are on high alert should the bulldozer be repaired or another one show up early tomorrow morning. Eye witnesses report numerous cases of police violence against farmers. The farmers are not giving up and vow to continue their resistance against the destruction of their farm by any means necessary.
